The patterns determined according to the production plan are carefully drawn on paper by the designers. At this stage, appropriate patterns are selected, taking into account the type of fabric and production methods. After the drawing is completed, the patterns are made ready for cutting.
The prepared paper pattern is placed on the fabric to be cut. The cutting process is done carefully and in an orderly manner to minimize wastage of fabric. At this stage, cutting machines or hand cutting methods can be used.
The cut fabric is then sent to embroidery and printing processes. In this process, the desired patterns are embroidered or printed on the fabric. Embroidery details increase the aesthetics of the product, while the printing process provides a variety of colors and patterns. After the processes, parts such as buttons or zippers are sewn onto the products.
After the entire production process is completed, the finished products are sent to the quality control stage. At this stage, the conformity of the products to the set standards is checked. Defective or faulty products are identified and eliminated, thus ensuring customer satisfaction.
The products that pass the quality control are suspended in an orderly manner and the packaging phase begins. At this stage, appropriate packaging materials are used to prevent damage to the products. Finally, the products are prepared for delivery and the shipment process begins. This process ensures that the products are delivered to customers on time and in full.
